Nanushka – the minimalist genius
Nanushka aka Szandra Sandor is one of Hungary’s best designers. She graduated from the London College of Fashion and has a minimal and elegant style. You can buy her designs all over the world, but her flagship store is right here in Budapest. The store’s unique design received praise from over 250 design blogs from Moscow to Rio and whether to shop or just admire, it has become a must-see tourist destination.

Dorka Petrity – the new star of handbags
Dorka is just 25 years old, but already a figure in Hungarian fashion. Her handbags are simple, with amazing quality and her designs are modern, but timeless, certainly melting the hearts of every female on the planet.

Zsolnay – tradition with a modern twist
You may know or may not know, but Hungary is famous for it’s porcelain manufacturers. One of the oldest is Zsolnay (founded in 1852), making beautiful decorations, dinner sets and vases. If you think it’s a little bit old-fashioned, they also have a sophisticated jewelry collection.

DRK aka Dorko is a Hungarian brand from the communist era resurrected by some talented young designers. They make clothes and shoes for cool and young urban hipsters. They have men and women’s collections, so you can find something for yourself while also keeping her in mind.
