She is THE supermodel these days, one of the biggest names around today. The 22-year-old beauty was born in Budapest. She started modelling at early age, she was discovered at 13 years old, walking in the street. Since then, she has become a superstar and appears regularly on the red carpet and of course the runway. Hungary’s other high-profile supermodel. She was born in the countryside and started her career at 15 years old. Now she is 29 and has worked for all the major magazines and fashion labels. Despite living in New York, she spends time in Hungary too, visiting festivals and restaurants in Budapest and Békéscsaba.

If you watched the Olympics, you probably already know her name. She is not just a swimmer, she is a phenomenen. Winning three golds, one silver medal and breaking world records in Rio, she is in the major league of international athletes, if not the queen herself. The only bad news for you guys is that she is already married. Her husband and coach is Shane Tusup, an American who stole her heart at university. Since then, they have been together for better and for worse, and the Olympics.

Juli is a newcomer, you may know her from last year’s Oscar-winning Hungarian film Son of Saul. She is actually a screenwriter, but she started to act a couple of years ago. She looks like a classic French girl, with her perfectly messy short blonde hair and her effortless style.

We have already talked about Szandra Sándor, aka Naunshka, a well known designer. She herself looks like a top model with her cute smile and long brown her. She is a real “It Girl” and loves to wear her own designs. She often goes out for dinner with her friends to the best restaurants in Budapest.
Zsa Zsa Gabor
The diva. The glamour. Hollywood herself. Zsa Zsa was born in Budapest and started her career as Miss Hungary in 1936. She moved to the US in the ’50s and started to act there. She is famous for her countless scandals and string of marriages. She was married nine times, once, for example, with the billionaire Conrad Hilton. She is now 99 years old, but remains the symbol of Hungarian beauty.
