Luckily, she becomes acquainted with Cristal (Gina Gershon) and her influential boyfriend Zack (Kyle Maclachlan) who helps her to rise in the ranks from stripper to showgirl! Lots of nakedness and dancing, great to get you in the mood!
Striptease
Former FBI assistant Erin Grant (Demi Moore) needs a lot of money in order to get custody of her daughter. She gets a job dancing at the Eager Beaver strip club, where she perfects the striptease and makes the money that she needs. Politician David Dilbeck (Burt Reynolds) becomes obsessed with her, using charm and violence to get what he wants. Great for seeing Demi Moore strip, interesting storyline!
Blaze
Riotous comedy based on a real-life story. The governor of Louisiana (Paul Newman) has an affair with Blaze Starr (Lolita Davidovich) who is a Burlesque performer. He is also attempting to win the local black citizens the right to vote and much intrigue ensues. Brilliant Burlesque dancing and a fair few hoots to boot!
From Dusk Till Dawn
Brilliant Quentin Tarantino film, with stars littered throughout. George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino play brothers who are criminals, on the run to the Mexican border. They steal an RV belonging to Harvey Keitel and his kids and they go along for the ride. They come upon a topless bar, where there are some very sexy dancers who then turn into vampires! Cult film, worth a watch!
Burlesque
Starring Christina Aguilera and Cher; a young Midwestern girl, Ali (Aguilera) wants to make it big in Los Angeles and gets a job as a cocktail waitress in a Burlesque lounge, run by Tess (Cher). With much gumption Ali decides to make it big and restore the Burlesque lounge to its former glory. Lots of sexy dancing and you get to see Christina Aguilera (almost) naked!
